Looks like crisis averted for Morrissey..Scheifele and Vilardi back as well. Zero no-contact jerseys...roster moves incoming.

Barring a trade, my best guess is AJF & Toninato get sent down but we shall see.

The question is, who will be claimed.

They have cooled off a bit, but we could lose one, or both of AJF, and Toninato.

I can see AJF possibly getting claimed for depth… but don’t see it for Toninato
Either way, with both sent down or claimed… WPG has the cap space to trade for Lindholm, unretained, right now, instead of waiting for the TDL.

The question is does Calgary wait until the deadline, or do they consider themselves out of the playoff picture now, and send the UFA's out and set their sites on next season.
