Thoughts:

Foerster for Rossi seems like a good swap for both team. Some Flyer fans may disagree but we need a 2C/ potential 1C desperately. I see Catton as a future winger, unfortunately.

The Toronto trade is based upon taste. As much as people hate on Laughton, hes a solid 3C and leader on a cheap salary. Flyers will take on salary and Robertson RFA in compensation.

Frost doesn't seem like a Torts guy. He certainly has shown incredible flashes during the year. I think he needs a change in scenery and MTL seems like a good fit for his fast style.

The SJ trade was a unique thought I had. They confirmed got Celebrini and hes gonna need a future LW partner. Farabee is still young enough for their rebuild and helps give them game experience for their young Centers.

OTT prospect pool sucks. They graduated or traded a lot of it away. Players didn't work out. So yes, while getting Parekh at 6 is desireable, I think getting a good player at 12 is still 100% going to happen. Adding a late for someone like Mews helps them. 3 1sts in this years draft is really good for OTT team prospect pool.

wild would respectfully decline as they are looking for similar player but whose bigger body. I would need to learn more about this player but if he's a bottom line winger, wild would decline

Not a bottom line winger. On Wild, I would say 2nd line behind Boldy. Former 1st round pick and playing well this year. A lot of Flyers fans do not want to trade him, but we need an equal 2C.

Foerster def isn't a bottom line winger, just finished his rookie season had 20 goals and 33 points in total

he will be lucky to be on 2nd line on wild. it's
Kaprizov, zuccarello /boldy
Zuccarello / boldy, Liam Ohgren ( 1st round pick winger)
If wild are okay with playing Liam on 3rd line, then maybe

it's all depends on whether wild would be okay with playing Liam Ohgren , another 1st round pick winger who finished this past season with wild playing really good and promoted to 2nd line playing with either zuccarello or Boldy.
