It's interesting with Perbix, as I've seen his value on here and other places be all over the place. I highly doubt that Tampa could get a 1st for him, but he should go for more than a 4th or 5th(all values I've seen). I figure if he's moved that it's ultimately for a late 2nd to mid 3rd type range, so that's why I went with this move.

I agree with you there. He's a solid bottom pairing defenseman, but he plays the RD side which is a premium. A mid-2nd - early 3rd rounder definitely seems fair.

Yeah, he's a solid 3rd pairing guy who could, if he reaches his ceiling, be a #4 type. The problem isnthag Tampa already has Raddysh and Cernak, and they need to go out and get a more clear top 4 RD. Perbix needs to go in order to do that more than likely. Whether it's someone in the ~3 aav range like Chatfield, or they sacrifice some at F and go after someone like DeMelo, Roy or Pesce, who knows.

Perbix is a solid 3RD that may reach a #4 if he hits his potential. Tampa needs a more proven top 4 RD if they want to compete now imo, and Perbix isn't that guy. Chatfield or another dman in the ~3 aav range would be better, and if Tampa decides to sacrifice at top 6 F, I could see them going after an RD like DeMelo, Tanev, Pesce, Roy, etc. Perbix has some trade value, so unlike what the resident Tampa troll says, most of us with sense don't have his laughable "Perbix derangement syndrome" lulz.
