We could've literally went Stutzle, Sanderson, Greig, Peterka, and Faber and this team would've been frigging loaded right now. Peterka had synergy with Timmy, they've played together and were good together. We were desperate for RD still and they decided to take another LD in Kleven over Faber. Both Faber and Kleven played together on the USA teams so Dorion clearly scouted him but this bald goofball decided he only wanted bigger players and thus took size over skill.</div></div>

That would have gone down as an all time draft. Would be a cool exercise to see what each team’s “best” draft could have been if consisting of players taken with the pick directly after. I would imagine a lot of sad stories of “what if”

I get the distinction between the two. I would say you have been fortunate to not see the details eliciting the “troll” title. Joined the site and instantly started bashing the Wings while making horrid trades (much like you see with overreaction trades after big losses throughout the season). Even had the Wings as his favorite team, which he has since removed.

All good with you though sir, and I’m sure we will have many more actual interactions. Speaking of which, who is your hope at 2?

Since you don’t enjoy actual conversations, which I tried to have before, I’ll just educate you a bit. Wasting pick 15, which could be an actual asset for the Wings, is vastly more important than getting rid of Holl. That one was free just for you.

Well if you think so that’s fine, however I do believe it is telling when multiple people from multiple fan bases all state the same, in addition to the wide array of random trades in which he gives no justification and cannot respond with any detail

Proof is in the details of this ACGM. Holl for 15 is enough. Buying out Copp, acquiring Markstrom, Nuke, 7 year contracts to depth guys, etc.

To be fair, at least this time he didn’t sign Kane and Stamkos for 7 years, although he did do his signature make the cap exactly 0.

For cap purposes, roster compilation, need, and fit, this doesn’t make sense for Detroit.
