Pittsburgh Greyhounds
I know the point of this is to reunite Dubas with all the former Sault St. Marie Greyhounds, but that's nowhere near enough value for McCann, and Seattle has no reason to trade their leading scorer for bulk anyway. They need to add more top-six talent, not subtract it.
Also, if you're going for all the former Greyhounds, Tye Kartye is also an alum of that team.

Larsson's a no go, he's far too important to the Kraken roster to trade. A deal involving Tanev might be workable.

I think the Kraken would take that deal if offered, given their needs it would make more sense to allocate a significant chunk of cap space to Skinner as opposed to Grubauer, and UPL and Daccord would be an awesome tandem. However, I don't know why Buffalo would offer it in the first place, UPL finally stabilized the crease for them and I doubt they'd be all that willing to give him up.

Would this work
I don't have an issue with the value involved, seems like a pretty even swap in a vacuum. The thing is we kind of know what Mikheyev is at this point, and the Kraken already have a surplus of forwards who can handle depth roles. What they need is more top-six level production, and of the two players Burakovsky stands a much better chance of providing that if he can stay healthy for a sustained stretch. For that reason I personally would prefer Burakovsky over Mikheyev and draft capital, but I can see why others would feel differently.

Couple of Ideas
Seattle is gunning for a return to the playoffs next season, and given how critical Larsson is to the team and the difficulty they'd have replacing him, I doubt the Kraken are going to seriously entertain trading him anytime soon. This offer wouldn't motivate them anyway. The total value isn't bad in my opinion, but I think a plausible trade package would need more quality, less quantity.
FWIW Seattle's top goalie prospect is Niklas Kokko, who will likely be part of Coachella Valley's AHL tandem next season. Kokko isn't an Askarov level prospect, but he's quite good and has exceeded his draft status. He's probably in a similar tier as Bjarnason right now, but I'd put Kokko a notch higher just because he's closer to being NHL ready than Bjarnason and still putting up strong numbers, and goalie prospects can be quite volatile and have a longer development curve.

Stay The Course
There's no way Seattle gives up Nyman, arguably their top prospect after Wright, just to shed Schwartz's contract, especially when according to your ACGM they still have enough cap space to fit him in. Schwartz is still useful when healthy, not much reason for Seattle to pay to get rid of him in any case.
I do like the Reinhart signing, but I think it would cost more to get rid of Grubauer.

Marner to Washington State
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>NorthernLeafsFan05</b></div><div>🎯
At this point I'm not even sure if a Marner trade will actually materialize. Wanted to explore a different avenue instead of the same old ACGM crap. If / when Seattle walks away with one of this drafts top defenseman, they are going to be a genuine contender for so many years. Curious to see what the Kraken do this offseason, I'm a very big fan of Bylsma and his systems. Coachella was such a great team under his leadership. Plus, Seattle's roster construction just makes them a super fun team to watch regardless.
Big fan of your analysis on the situation, thanks for discussing!</div></div>
Of course, anytime! I'm excited to see what this offseason has in store for the Kraken and the league at large. I preferred Bylsma to the other names being floated around, mostly due to his work with Seattle's young players on the Firebirds more than anything; those guys will be tasked with making an impact with the big club sooner rather than later. We'll see how Bylsma's tenure goes; I'm hopeful he gets more consistent buy-in from the players, the lack of which down the stretch was Hakstol's downfall ahead of any tactical issues. I think this offseason the Kraken will first hammer out deals for Beniers and Tolvanen, and then add more goalscoring in some form. Wright and Evans will likely step up to full-time roles next year too.
I am curious to see what Toronto does. I agree that I don't really see a Marner trade happening this offseason. With his NMC, cap hit, and contract situation, I think it'll be really hard to find a deal that makes sense for the Leafs, the team acquiring Marner, and Marner himself. My prediction is that Marner sticks around through the offseason and at least starts next season as a Maple Leaf.

Marner to Washington State
I see you have done your homework. Kudos on that and on making a trade idea that value wise I think is pretty even and not horribly lopsided in either direction (like so many on here are). Ultimately whether such a deal goes through would depend on Marner and his NMC, and whether Seattle would be comfortable making a move like this for a player that initially at least wouldn't be guaranteed to stay past a year. The Kraken's prospect pool could also use that top-pairing-ceiling defenseman, and your evaluation of Nyman is spot on; he's probably their best prospect behind Wright at this point. So on the Kraken's end it comes down to a question of how they want to build their roster; keep their prospect pool intact and growing and pursue avenues to add scoring that don't involve depleting their roster and farm too significantly, or aggressively pursue a blockbuster deal for a higher-wattage star like Marner. Time will tell which path they choose.

I don't see Seattle biting on that trade. Jokiharju to this point has been a third pairing defenseman who doesn't contribute on special teams. He's a clear step down from Larsson. Rosén is an intriguing scorer but doesn't fit the well-rounded profile the Kraken have tended to target in their forwards.
Overall, the Kraken almost certainly aren't moving Larsson at all given his importance to the team as presently constructed, and even if they were, this package wouldn't convince them, especially if they were retaining half of Larsson's cap hit. It's missing a true centerpiece.

Blockbuster if landy doesnt come back
Seattle doesn't go for that. Colton is probably more valuable than Gourde at this point due to age/contract differences, but Dunn is WAY more valuable than Girard. He's easily the superior player, and is just too important to the Kraken roster for them to lose. Dunn isn't going anywhere anytime soon, and for that reason, Seattle wouldn't make this deal.

Utah makes a splash
I don't think there's much of a difference between Marner and Keller in terms of value (especially if $1M of Keller's cap hit is getting retained) given their respective contract situations, and certainly not a Crouse/Doan/1st and 2nd round picks gap. Not only is this trade lopsided in Toronto's favor, it wouldn't do Utah any good to add a rental in Marner only to gut the team they already have in trading for him. Losing Keller and Crouse would largely undermine the whole point of trading for Marner in the first place. So overall Utah has zero reason to entertain this trade.
As for Seattle, they have plenty of wingers already who can fill out their bottom six. They don't need Järnkrok back and certainly wouldn't trade second and fourth round picks for him.

I think it's a possibility, though a deal like that would likely be more of a deadline trade if Seattle's out of the playoffs again as opposed to an offseason one. I imagine the Kraken would like to have Gourde on the team at least to start the season, to see if he can bounce back and to take some of the tougher defensive matchups so Wright doesn't have to right out of the gate.
As for his value in such a trade, that would depend at least in part on how he performs to start 2024-25. Right now I'd put it in a similar range to Wennberg's when he was dealt to the Rangers, a 2nd rounder plus a 3rd or 4th rounder.

Dallas and Seattle Trade
Kudos on the original trade idea. I am a bit leery of Marchment myself, as I'm not sure his scoring pace from this past season is sustainable. Looking at Marchment's numbers, his ceiling might be this most recent season, but as the year before showed, the floor is quite a bit lower. I think ultimately the Kraken will try and add more surefire goalscorers and pursue avenues that don't involve subtracting from their defense.

Seattle wouldn't even remotely consider that trade with Toronto. Borgen has evolved into a steady defensive RHD who can play second pairing minutes and contribute on the penalty kill. Reaves at this point is a below replacement level player who is a negative contributor in just about every aspect of the game. Currently, one of these players is an NHL contributor, one isn't. The Kraken will just hang onto the former and let Toronto keep the latter.

Seattle won't go for that. Goaltending has finally stabilized somewhat and they need to add scoring, so trading their leading goalscorer for a goalie makes zero sense for them. That doesn't even factor in that McCann is under contract for three seasons at an affordable rate, while Ullmark has just one season left on his deal.

I'd argue Borgen is easily worth a second and probably more. He doesn't have the name recognition, but Borgen has quietly become a rock solid defensive RHD who can play second pairing minutes. On the Kraken he's been one half of their shutdown pairing with Oleksiak, so he's not exactly being sheltered. The Kraken appear to value him quite highly given how they gave him his first real shot at an NHL role, and he's rewarded their faith and then some to this point. Because of how important he's become to their defense, I don't see Seattle trading Borgen anytime soon, not for a late second, and <em>certainly</em> not for a fourth. If the Kraken add to their blueline in free agency, Dumoulin would be the one to go, not Borgen.

Tolvanen is worth more than a third round pick and some late round swaps, and Seattle won't be trading him anyway. I'm not a fan of offer-sheeting Byfield at that cap hit and the compensation involved, and without that offer sheet, Seattle wouldn't need to dump Schwartz and Gourde, who are still two useful veterans with contracts that aren't exactly underwater.
I do like the idea of signing Guentzel and Lindholm, though I think it would take a better contract offer for Lindholm.

Robertson scored 60 goals in the OHL a few years ago. Jarnkrok is a solid 3rd line centre. Timmins was a high second round pick that’s signed to a good contract, also a right shot d man. David Kampf just played unreal for Czechs in the world hockey championship. He also is a solid penalty killer. They all can get you back a 2nd rounder no problem</div></div>
Just about every NHL forward had impressive junior stats at some point or another. Robertson's the only player of that group who even has a chance of fetching a second in a trade, but that's only because of the potential he's displayed at the NHL level and not because of anything he did 6-7 years ago. FWIW I don't see him getting the 40th overall pick from Seattle.
Calling Järnkrok a center is a bit misleading, he's much more of a winger than a center. Kämpf is good on the PK for sure, but his offense leads a lot to be desired. He may have been good at the WHC, but it's such a small sample size and thus won't really have much of an impact on NHL GMs' evaluations of him. Both he and Järnkrok are known quantities at this point; decent bottom-six fowards but nothing more. The issue is there are many players like them available in free agency every year, and teams with needs in their bottom six can just sign a free agent or two instead of giving up draft capital to the Leafs for Järnkrok or Kämpf.
As for Timmins, draft pedigree stops mattering at a certain point, and a player's development and NHL production becomes the determining factor for their value. Timmins is well past that point now, he was drafted six years ago. For instance, Kole Lind was drafted right after him, but no one's giving the Kraken a second rounder for him just because he was a high second rounder way back when. Timmins at this point is a RHD who has shown offensive flashes but can't defend well and struggles to stay healthy. For most teams, he'd be a 7th defenseman, and teams generally don't give up second round picks for 7th defensemen.

Here's what I'll say about Järnkrok and Kämpf: neither are bad players, and their contracts aren't horrendous. The issue is that there are many comparable players available in free agency every year, and teams could simply sign one of them and not have to give up assets for similar production. If we get to late summer and into training camp and a team still has a hole in their bottom six or loses someone to injury, then maybe I could see someone throw a late round pick Toronto's way for Järnkrok or Kämpf. But not now.

Marner also has one year left on his deal and could walk after this season. Any team trying to trade for him would be doing so with an eye towards improving their current team first and foremost. In the Kraken's case, losing such an important part of their defense in Larsson would undercut that.
As for Larsson's future in the PNW, there's a lot of ways his situation could go. Ron Francis has proven his willingness to hand out mid-season extensions, so one for Larsson is a distinct possibility. Barring that, the Kraken would likely hold onto him as an own rental if they were in a playoff push, or if they were out of the postseason picture again he'd fetch a pretty penny in a deadline deal. Regardless, I don't see Larsson going anywhere anytime soon. That's how I'm viewing Larsson and the Kraken, but as you said, nothing's 100% and we'll see.

A quick rundown of my thoughts:
- I think the Leafs could get more value from a Marner trade, whether that be from the Rangers or a different team. The NMCs involved make this deal pretty unlikely in any case.
- There's zero chance the Sharks, a team deep in a rebuild, would trade their first rounder next year for a veteran on an expiring contract. Tavares almost certainly uses his NMC to block that trade anyway.
- I would probably take that Kraken trade if I were Ron Francis just because the value is so slanted in Seattle's favor, but I don't see why Toronto would trade one of their main blueliners when defense is already a weakness for them.

Unfortunately for you, other teams have a say too, and on the Kraken end of things I doubt they make that trade. Marner is a great player, don't get me wrong, and is worth a lot even as a rental. But I don't know if a team is going to offer up <em>this</em> much for him given his cap hit and NMC that go with his rental status. For Seattle's part, I imagine they would pursue plans to bolster their forward group that don't involve losing their top RHD.

I think the Kraken would take that deal for Farabee, but seeing how he's a 24 year old productive forward with term, I think the Flyers could get another solid asset on top of pick #40 for him. I also feel Philly could get quite a bit more for Konecny. Liljegren and Robertson are good secondary pieces, but that package is missing a true centerpiece.
Utah and San Jose likely decline those trade proposals though. Ristolainen rehabilitated his value somewhat this past year, but I still find it difficult to see any team giving up value for him. As for the Sharks deal, San Jose is deep in a rebuild and is almost certainly not giving up the chance to pick Celebrini for anything.

Seattle would decline that, it's not a trade idea that makes much sense for them whatsoever. The Kraken defense was quietly one of the better units in the league last season; adding Hronek or a player like is not exactly a pressing need for Seattle at the moment. Goalscoring is a need for the Kraken, so trading their leading scorer would be counterproductive.
